There he was, sitting down on his desk. Awaiting for his time to be done, he sat alone in his place, still remembered his dearly loved that passed away in his arms.
"Tell our story Christian," that line still crossed freshly into his mind. "that way I'll always be with you." He frowned and put his face in the palm of his hand.
He had finished writing their story a while ago. Having no one to talk to he had gone to the outside balcony. He sighed deeply, and faintly he could hear Satine's song. "Come What May..." he turned to his left, but there was no one there. Christian tried to remember her face, her smile, her songs, and her courage. But sadly he could just remember the love she had given him. He walked back into his dark flat, not wanting to do anything else but shut out everything and everyone around him.
There was a knock at the door, "Go away!" he screamed as loud as he could. He simply didn't want to see anyone or hear anyone at the depressing moment.
"Excuse me," said a ladies voice coming out of the door way. "are you Christian?" she asked politely.
Christian slowly and miserably walked to the door, dragging his feet along with his slumber. As he opened it up he saw her. She was tall no taller then him, her brownish blond hair was shining with the sun it seemed. "Yes. Why?" he asked rudely, by the tone of his voice he seemed distressed.
"Your recent novel was wonderful. And," she had to stop because she saw tears flowing down his face. He looked ravished, his clothes torn, his hair was darkened by the darkness of the room. She suddenly begun to have a few tears in her eyes to see him this way. "you miss Satine from the novel don't you?"
He looked at her with a sad nod, she went up to him and gave him a hug. "What do you want anyways?" he asked leaving her embrace.
She looked at him for a while, her green eyes followed his movements. "I wanted to write a script on a movie about love and the man upstairs wrote me a letter to talk to you," her heart was beginning to feel his pain. "he wrote me and sent me a book on your story. It fascinated my heart so I wrote him back and he told me you would be here."
He looked at her, "What's your name?" he asked as he turned his attention to her.
She tried to smile, after all she did think he was handsome. "My my name is Charisse Amenities," she sighed. "I am a writer and director of a French movie academy for special musicals." she could see his eyes lighten up with shock. He looked down to the floor and said nothing. "I know how you feel about me coming in and talking to you about this. I can understand, here's my number of the address of the place." she could see a small smile on his face. "I could understand your declines to this offer Christian. Please forgive me if I upset you in any way possible."
Christian watched her leave, for once he thought Satine wanted me to move on. She would want me to start a new life. He sighed and looked down to the balcony, he felt distressed when he could not find her on the streets. He looked almost everywhere from the balcony. He sighed and took a look at the piece of paper in front of him. He sighed and tried to find Toulouse.
He sighed, knowing he will regret not seeing her again. He went from the balcony, and went upstairs to see Toulouse. He got to the door, knowing what to say he knocked the door. "Toulouse! Toulouse?" he said with hearing loud noises in the room. Rolling his eyes, he heard it open up.
"Christian! How are you?" Toulouse asked.
"I am doing better." he lied.
"What's going on?"
"Well I saw the lady named Charisse Amenities a few seconds ago and.."
"Ah, well sorry about that Christian I..."
He looked at him with a swift smile. "Don't be Toulouse. Well she talked to me about helping her make a script for a movie she was making."
"Yeah?" he said happily.
"Toulouse, please let me finish." Toulouse could see the smile emerge off his face. He felt that he hasn't seen Christian so happy since he was with Satine. "she was beautiful, her eyes reminded me of the stars, her hair was laying beautifully on her neck. She reminded me a lot of Satine, Toulouse I need to..."
Toulouse wanted to hear more, his eyes were big, and he could imagine Charisse and Christian together. "What Christian?"
"I need to find her." he sighed for once he could feel happy.
"You go for it Christian!"
"Where does she live?"
"You should just look at the card in your hand." Christian looked at the card, and then smiled to Toulouse. "Good Luck." he said laughing.
Christian quickly took a shower and got one of his clean clothes on. He walked down the stairs and then walked outside. He could see the sunshine in his eyes, he quenched them and saw some people walk past him. He found the French Academy Center, he tucked the card away into his pocket, and walked in.

"Charisse, did you talk to that author you saw a while ago?" her friend asked with her books in her hands.
She began to walk down the halls of the stones of the ground, and the wood of the walls. She turned around and looked at her friend with a unhappy sigh. "Yes. In matter of fact I did," she paused, in wonderment of thinking that she should have never bothered him. "he looked horrible, his clothes, his body language seemed as if it were dead form the outside world." she looked into her friend's eyes. "Mel, it seemed as if I have known him my entire life." A happy smile came off Charisse's face. "A loving feeling in my heart grew for him, and I don't know why."
"Are you sure you haven't met him before Chass?"
She looked at her in the eyes, "I am certain."
Charisse walked away from her friend in a disappointed sigh, when she looked at Christian for the first time, it seemed as if she knew him. When she hugged him, there was a strong spiritual connection there, as her mother would say, 'A connection with each others spirits, or perhaps god.' She rolled her eyes in thought of her mother. She made her way swiftly to her desk and sorted her papers in alignment of them. Just the thought of him made her heart rise up in a warm wrapped cloth. Just reading his story and then seeing him, made her heart sink deeply into her blood. She remembered reading about Satine, and remembered the fact that she died. 'Satine would be happy for me to make him go on wouldn't she?'
She sank into her chair and began to work on her story, with or without Christian. A young woman walked into the office, with news of a guest that wants to see her. "Charisse there is someone that would like to talk to you." one of the assistants said walking toward her.
"Great, let them in here." she said filling her lungs with a long and pointless sigh.
"Yes, madame." she said putting her art pages behind her back. She slowly walked to the counter where the man was standing. He looked distressed and sad, his hands behind his back and he was staring at the largeness of the inside building. "you can come with me sir," she said walking away from him. She led the way, passing people writing and talking at their desks. The thought that lingered into his heart was, was he ever going to accept the death of his beloved? "here we are, hope you enjoy talking to our administrator." she smiled and then departed from his side.
He smiled and then knocked at the door. "Please come in." Charisse said as she begun to write one of her ideas on a piece of paper.
Christian walked in, as he looked deeply into Charisse's beautiful blue eyes, that looked a lot like Satine's.
"Please sit down." she said not bothering to look up to see who it was. Her mind was working like a machine, processing every thought and every idea present.
Christian sat in a chair near by, thinking to himself, 'why am I in here? I don't think she will like to see me here.' His cheeks turned red and then he could see her blue diamond eyes look into his.
"Christian!" she gasped feeling her cheeks turn a rose color. "how rude of me, can I get you something? A glass of water? Or perhaps something else?"
Christian declined politely, and then put his hand up. "I was thinking about what you said, and I think I can help you." he saw her smile grow bigger, "And," he looked down with distress, as a tear fell down his cheek. "I think I can write about love again." he said with his face buried within his jacket.
"No, you don't have to," she said feeling pity for going to see him, and also regret for making him cry. She hesitated, "I am so sorry for making you sad, I just thought it would be nice to get some help form such a cool author such as yourself......"
Again he put his hand up, he was beginning to love how much this woman had the generosity for others feelings. He took in a deep breath. "Satine would want this for me, she would be upset if I don't move on. Besides its like she guided you to me for some reason, and that might be for this job."
Charisse's heart burned inside her chest, as she blushed, "Are you sure you want to help?" one tear feel down her face as well.
Christian wiped her tear away, and said while his hand was on her face. "Indeed I do, and this will be a very good one."
She smiled, and got a piece of paper from her desk drawer. It was a contract, of how the play and authorization would be compressed into a production. "Thank you," she said as he looked deeply into her eyes again. "all you have to do is sign there, and you are welcome to stay and look around."
He smiled, "I'd love to have a look around."
"Great." she said in a flirtatious way.
He signed and she began to lead him out the door to look around.
